We create an account for you within two working days. You’ll get an email from Switch with your login info. Once you have your login details, head to the Switch Platform to log in.
We don’t ask for your card details during the trial. So there’s no risk of accidentally being charged. Instead, our customer success team will get in touch near the end of your trial. If you want to move to our paid tier, the Switch team member will do it for you. If we don’t hear from you after 30 days the account will be closed.
Yes. Email support@switch-ev.com and we will close your account. We’ll also close your account automatically if we don’t hear from you. So you can also simply wait for your trial to lapse.
